Cabernet Marinated Steak
4 - 6 oz. steaks
¼ c olive oil
½ jar Emily G's Cabernet Sauvignon Jam
¼ t fresh ground pepper
dash of onion powder
sea salt, to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a plastic bag and add meat. Marinate for 2-6 hours. Heat grill on high and cook steaks to desired temperature.
