Monte Christo Sandwich

2 slices of thick slices bread
2 T of Emily G’s Pear Honey Jam 
2 thin slices of ham
2 thin slices of turkey
2 slices of Swiss cheese
1 large egg
½ c milk
 
Spread bread with a thin coat of Emily G's pear honey jam. Alternate ham, Swiss and turkey slices on bread. Beat egg and milk in a small bowl. Coat the sandwich with the egg and milk mixture. Heat a greased skillet over medium heat and brown the sandwich on both sides. Serve hot, topped with remaining jam.
 
Option: May substitute jam with Emily G’s Triple Berry jam
