Savory Pear Honey Stuffed Crescents

 
1 can Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls 
1 ¼ c diced pear 
½ - ¾ jar of Emily G’s Pear Honey Jam 
¼ c crumbled Gorgonzola cheese 
½ c crumbled bacon 
Egg wash (whisked egg with 1 T water) 
 
Preheat oven to 375°.  Line jelly roll pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.   
Mix pear, jam, and gorgonzola together in a bowl.  Unroll crescent roll dough into individual triangles.  Place a T of jam and cheese mixture onto widest end of dough, sprinkle with bacon crumbles. Roll crescent rolls according to directions on can and place on parchment lined cookie sheet.   Brush each roll with egg wash.  Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.  Let cool for 5 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
