Sourdough & Brie

Sourdough Pull-apart Bread
1 round of sourdough
1 round of brie – remove rind from top
Emily G’s Jam of Love**
Preheat oven to 350°. Cut out a round hole in center of sourdough (approximate size of
brie). Cut checkerboard style across bread carefully leaving the pieces attached at
bottom. Place the round of brie in the cutout in center of bread. Cover brie with ½ - ¾
jar of your favorite Emily G’s Jam. Replace the round top of bread over the brie. Place
on baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake in preheated oven for 20 min or until brie is
melted and bread is warm. Serve immediately!
** May use any flavor Emily G’s Jam.
