Strawberry Pineapple Rum Punch
1 liter spiced rum
2 large cans pineapple juice
2 jars Emily G’s Strawberry Pineapple Jam
2 c fresh pineapple, cubed
2 c fresh strawberries, sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
Pour two jars of jam into a pot and heat until completely liquid, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, pour pineapple juice and spiced rum in a container of choice. Pour the liquid jam into the container. Add the fresh pineapple, strawberries, lime and stir.
Serves 16-20 people
