Making time for breakfast...the night before!

What are you eating for breakfast these days? Running short on time? Don't run short on energy.... Overnight PB&J Oats will start your day off right!! Natural and delicious, this recipe is easy and you make it the night before. Just grab, stir and enjoy in the morning.Layer the following ingredients In a mason jar or bowl with lid
A packet of superfood oatmeal
half a banana (sliced)
1 T of unsweetened peanut butter or nut butter of choice
a handful of frozen berries
2 tsp of Emily G's Strawberry Pineapple Jam or flavor of your choice
Cover with Unsweetened Almond Milk
Refrigerate overnight
Stir and enjoy in the morning!
Overnight Oats are a "no cook" version of morning oatmeal. Soaking the oats all night creates a porridge like consistency and blends all the flavors together for a delightfully easy breakfast and the flavor possibilities are endless - alternate the fresh fruit and the jam flavor blends to surprise your tastebuds!
